Is this for groups or individuals?+
This is a fully 1:1 program built around one leader. A cohort or team version can be arranged separately if you'd like to develop several people together.
Online or in person?+
Sessions can be delivered online or in person depending on your location and preference, with the same structure either way.
What time commitment is needed?+
Plan for one 60-minute session per week plus roughly one to two hours of fieldwork applied within your normal work — designed to fit a busy corporate schedule.
What happens after the three months?+
You finish with a personal 90-day roadmap to keep growing independently. Ongoing or follow-on coaching can be added if you'd like continued support.
